- to interfere with, damage, overload or disrupt our services or the systems used to provide them;
- to introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious technology;
- to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without our prior written permission;
- to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or other security mechanisms;
- to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from software except where applicable law expressly permits it;

Security & Account Access
Where we provide login credentials, account access, administrative access or other security information, you must take reasonable steps to keep that information secure.
You must not knowingly allow an unauthorised person to access a restricted part of our services using your account.
If you believe your login information has been compromised or that unauthorised activity has taken place, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Where interactive services are available, you remain responsible for material you submit or make available through them.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not obliged to continuously monitor or moderate all user-submitted content.
We may nevertheless review, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, comply with law or protect our users and services.
Content Standards
These standards apply to information, text, images, files, comments, communications and other material that you submit through a Clicka service.
Any content you provide must be lawful and, where it states factual information, you should take reasonable steps to ensure that information is accurate.
Your Content Must Not
- be defamatory or deliberately misleading;
- be threatening, abusive, harassing or intimidating;
- promote hatred, violence or unlawful discrimination;
- contain unlawful sexually explicit material;
- exploit or endanger children or vulnerable people;
- encourage, promote or assist criminal activity;
- infringe another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
- breach confidentiality, privacy or data protection rights;
- contain malicious software, harmful code or unsafe files;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent the source of the content;
- falsely suggest that content has been approved, produced or endorsed by Clicka; or
- otherwise breach applicable law.
Content You Provide
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and licences required to provide any content to us or upload it through a Clicka service.
This includes photographs, logos, video, written copy, product information, designs, documents and other materials.
Providing material to us does not transfer ownership of that material unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
Where necessary to provide the service you have requested, you grant Clicka permission to host, reproduce, display, adapt and otherwise use the material for the purposes of delivering that service.
Respecting Third-Party Rights
You must not use our services to publish or distribute material that unlawfully infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
If we receive a credible complaint alleging copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights infringement, we may investigate the complaint and take appropriate action.
This may include temporarily restricting access to disputed content while the matter is reviewed.
Websites & Apps We Provide for Clients
Where Clicka provides a website, mobile app or other digital service for a client, the client remains responsible for ensuring that the content and business activity they provide to us is lawful.
Clients must not knowingly instruct Clicka to publish, distribute, integrate or host material that breaches this Policy or applicable law.
Where we reasonably believe client-provided content presents a serious legal, security or operational risk, we may ask for the content to be amended or removed.
Reporting Misuse or Content
If you believe that a Clicka service is being used in breach of this Policy, or that content hosted through one of our services infringes your legal rights, please contact us.
When reporting a concern, please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant content, account or service and understand the nature of the issue.
Breach of This Policy
If we reasonably believe that this Policy has been breached, we may take appropriate action depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue.
This may include:
- issuing a warning;
- requesting that content or activity is changed or removed;
- temporarily restricting access to part or all of a service;
- removing content that breaches this Policy;
- suspending or terminating access where permitted under the applicable agreement;
- taking legal action where appropriate; or
- reporting activity to law enforcement, regulatory authorities or other relevant bodies where required or permitted by law.
Suspension or Restriction of Services
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to a service where we reasonably consider this necessary to address a security threat, suspected unlawful activity, serious breach of this Policy or risk to our systems or other users.
Where a paid client service is affected, any suspension or termination will also be subject to the applicable client agreement and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Responsibility for Your Use
You are responsible for your own use of our services and for activity carried out using accounts or access credentials under your control, except to the extent that responsibility cannot legally be imposed on you.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on our website and the date shown at the top of this Policy will be updated when appropriate.
